Answer


8x8 Work for Mobile currently requires one of the following at minimum:


  1. Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later


  1. iOS 13 or later






Note: As of April 1, 2021, the minimum required Android version will be Android 7.0.







For optimal performance, we recommend the following:


  1. Android 8.0 or later, with mid to high-range phone specs


Note: App integration with native phone call experience is optimized on Samsung and Google Pixel devices.


  1. iPhone 6 or later


Users on older iOS or Android mobile operating systems should update the OS on their devices. Users on the minimum supported OS should update to the latest version of 8x8 Work for Mobile through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore to access updated app features.
