8x8 Work Internet Fax Rate-Limiting (Failed to Send)

Symptom

The 8x8 Work internet fax service fails to send additional faxes while three faxes are simultaneously in progress.

Resolution

Wait to send additional faxes until the first three in progress faxes have successfully sent.

Cause

Internet faxes are limited to a maximum of three (3) faxes in parallel per extension. The fourth fax will fail to send until in-progress faxes are complete. Pending faxes will also be sent out even if three faxes are being sent after the sending attempt hits a maximum time in the sending queue.
