Call Forwarding Rule Not Being Applied to Inbound Call in 8x8 Work

Why is my call-forwarding rule not being applying on inbound calls?

Answer

Call forwarding rules are applied in order from top to bottom. For example, if you have a rule to forward calls from anyone above another rule that blocks a specific caller, the call will not be blocked because the higher priority rule is applied first.

We also need to ensure that the rule is enabled and note that rules can be set to apply ar specified times or schedules.
