Configure Custom 0 Dial Out for Voicemail in 8x8 Admin Console
Objective
Setting up the ability to press zero in the middle of a
voicemail prompt to route back to the operator.

Log
in to Admin Console.
Click Users.
Click Edit (pencil
icon) to the right of the User you wish to edit.
Under Voicemail
Settings, toggle ON (blue) the setting to enable Custom 0 Dial
Out.
