Disable User Access to 8x8 Work for Mobile

Objective

Disable user access to 8x8 Work for Mobile within your organization.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Work for Mobile
  • Admin Console
  • Profile Policies

Procedure

  1. Log in to Admin Console.
  2. From the left menu, select Profile Policies.

  1. Edit an existing profile policy or create a new one.
  2. Scroll down to toggle the 8x8 Work for Mobile login disabled on and select Save.

  1. Make sure this profile policy is assigned to the users (in Services and Permissions) who should not have access to 8x8 Work for Mobile and save.

  1. Log out of 8x8 Work for Desktop or 8x8 Work for Mobile if needed and log back in to check if the setting has been successfully applied.
