How to activate a user that has been deactivated

Applies To

  • 8x8 Admin Console

Procedure

  1. Log in to the 8x8 Admin Console.
  2. Go to 'Users'.
  3. Search for the user you wish to activate.
  4. Click on the ellipsis on the right-hand side of the user's details, seen below, and select 'Activate user'.

 5. Select 'Continue' when you are prompted with the 'Are you sure?' pop up, seen below. 

 6. The user will now be activated.
