Change Desktop Notification Settings in 8x8 Work for Desktop

Objective

Updating your desktop notifications for calls, voicemail, and chat in 8x8 Work for Desktop.

Procedure

  1. Log in to 8x8 Work for Desktop.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Select Notifications.
  4. To allow desktop notifications, switch the toggle on (blue) to enable notifications.
  5. Under Advanced Settings, turn on any other notifications you wish to receive.
  6. If you do not want to receive any desktop notifications, switch the toggle to gray to disable all desktop notifications.
