Create a New Schedule for an Auto Attendant in Admin Console

Create schedules that are used by the Auto Attendant to determine your open and closed hours in Admin Console.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Admin Console.
  2. From the left menu, select Auto Attendants.
  3. Select Schedules.

  1. Select Create Schedule, located in the top right of the page.
  2. Set your Weekly Schedule for each day 
    • If you are open on a given day of the week select Open and define your open hours using the Hours dropdown menus.
