Deactivate a User in 8x8 Admin Console
Objective
Deactivate a user in Admin Console.
Applies To
Procedure
Select Users.
Search
for the user you wish to deactivate.
Select
the 3 dots on the right-hand side of the user's details.
Select Deactivate
user.
To
confirm the change, select Continue in the confirmation
pop-up window.
Note: If a user is deactivated, you will not be able to
adjust the configuration settings, such as call forwarding. Your options would
be to reactivate the user or delete the user.
