Edit an Auto Attendant Schedule in 8x8 Admin Console

Objective

Edit your scheduled business hours for an Auto Attendant in Admin Console.

  • Admin Console
  • Auto Attendant

Procedure

  1. Log in to Admin Console.
  2. Select Auto Attendants.
  3. To the right of the Auto Attendant you want to edit, select (pencil icon).
  4. Scroll down to Auto Attendant Profile and click Edit next to Select a Schedule.

  1. You will now be able to see your business hours for your Auto-Attendant.

  1. To the right of the day for which you want to change the business hours, select Edit (pencil icon).
  2. Make your amendments and select Save.
