Enable Windows 10 Notifications for 8x8 Work for Desktop
Symptom
8x8 Work for Desktop notifications do not show up for
Windows 10 users even after enabling these settings in the application itself.

Resolution
- Go to Start > Settings > System > Focus Assist.
- Turn off any relevant Automatic Rules.
- Turn off Focus Assist by selecting the Off radio button.
Cause
The Windows 10 Action Center’s Focus Assist function may
suppress notifications either by a hard setting or via automatic rules which
are triggered by certain actions.
Additional Information
If any of the Automatic Rules are needed, please make sure
that these are not hiding the 8x8 Work for Desktop application’s notifications.
