To assign a phone number to a user or service in Admin
Console, the number must be available in your system.
Select
Admin Console.
Navigate
to the individual user or desired service (Auto Attendants, Call
Queues, Ring Groups, etc.).
To
the right of the user or service, select Edit (pencil icon).
Under
Phone Number, select a number from the drop-down.
