Enable or Disable Do Not Disturb in 8x8 Work for Desktop

Objective

Enable or disable Do Not Disturb on 8x8 Work for Desktop.

  • 8x8 Work for Desktop

Procedure

  1. Open 8x8 Work for Desktop.
  2. Select your Profile Icon.
  3. Select Do not Disturb.
  4. To disable Do Not Disturb, select Available.

Additional Information

Switching to Do not Disturb in 8x8 Work will prevent your extension from receiving any incoming calls as those calls will be routed over to your voicemail.
