Run a queue call data report from Analytics for 8x8 Work.

Procedure
Note: This requires the user to have an X4 license or
higher, and Supervisor access to Analytics for 8x8 Work.
Select Analytics
for 8x8 Work.
From
the left menu select Queues, then select Queue Call Data.
In
the upper right corner of the page select the Filter option.
In
the new filter window select the appropriate time zone and the queue,
then check the box to Exclude forked/children calls.
Select Apply.
From
the left side of the page you can select how many entries you can see for
the report.
Or
you can download the report in an Excel file.
